Objectives:

  1. Explore how the Photoshop Elements text tool works.
  2. Learn how to differentiate styles and characteristics of fonts.
  3. Explore the text type formats used with Photoshop Elements.
  4. Be familiar with the fonts with good read-ability features.
  5. Know how preview and view all the fonts already installed in the computer system you are using.
  6. Add text to your own images or create a title page.

This is a beginner/intermediate class designed to enable you to enhance your photo projects with text.

Consider bringing up to 5 or fewer of your own photographs to work on during class or you may use photos provided in class.

This class will be taught in the classroom using the Computers in the club with installed Photoshop Elements version 2022 on them.

You can also learn and apply what you learn in this class with your own personal computer setup having Photoshop Elements versions range from 2018 through 2022 already installed.
