Prerequisites:

• Preferably the completion of the Mac 1 Intro class.

Objectives:

1. See a chart of the history of macOS since 2011.
2. Use Spotlight to search for files and folders or FIND apps and convert currency or temperature.
3. Utilize the MAC help feature.
4. Take control of Spell Check & Auto Correct and Grammar in various apps.
5. Use Smart Dashes, Smart Quotes and Smart Links in Pages app.
6. Turn ON Voice Control, dictate text to the computer, and have it type for you.
7. Have the computer read aloud emails, messages, documents to you.
8. Use Mission Control app for a bird’s-eye view of all open windows and apps.
9. Become a Screenshot expert - Crop a picture of your computer screen.
10. Screenshots are one of the MOST useful bult-in functions of your MAC.
11. Utilize the Notification Center and add/remove notifications and widgets.
12. Manage the trash feature.
13. Quickly review useful apps - Reminders, Notes, Messages and Text/Edit apps
