Prerequisites:

• Students must have existing and working email accounts and experience working with digital images as well as basic Windows or Mac skills.

Objectives:

1. Learn how to find and/or invite friends.
2. Establish a profile to include a profile picture.
3. Create a photo album and add images to the album.
4. Learn all about the various profile options.
5. Understand the many settings available, including privacy.
6. Learn about groups, events, poking, networks, notes, applications, and more.

Description:

Facebook is a social networking program that is free of charge. This course teaches the user how to create a Facebook account and make use of it for networking with friends and family. It is a powerful tool for adding photo albums and communicating with large groups of people at one time. Beware: it can be addictive.
