Prerequisites:

• Familiarity using macOS Sonoma
• Completion of the Pages 1 class (2 days) or teacher consent.
• Bring a flash drive to download additional Pages templates.

Materials: Flash drive

Objectives:

1. Practice the skills introduced in Pages 1 within the context of a formatted page layout (a template).
2. Practice using templates to make varied word processing documents.

Description:

This class is a continuation of the Pages 1 class and goes into much more depth in using templates, including more design elements available in Pages. We will use several different templates to review the skills practiced in Pages 1, and explore making brochures, envelopes, flyers, posters, business cards, and post cards.

Note: While there is a Pages app in iOS format for mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), it is not the same as the full Pages application designed for the Mac OS. This class is for the Pages program that is installed on all the Mac computers in our club classroom and open use room running macOS Sonoma.
